Who doesn’t like coffee and walnut? Unless you don’t like coffee, or are allergic to nuts.

This is one of our favourites! This cake consists of four layers of coffee sponge layered with creamy vanilla bean & coffee buttercream and crushed caramelised walnuts. The cake is covered in ground coffee buttercream, topped with swirls of frosting and even more crunchy caramelised walnuts
